  • Messages and information you provide when contacting support.

  • Create and secure your account, authenticate sign-ins, and provide access to predictions.
  • Process purchases, deliver paid access, send transaction confirmations, and handle support or refund requests.
  • Operate, measure, troubleshoot, and improve the service and its user experience.
